It was very nice for attending my nearby convention. Good location in terms of close to the event but not any dining options nearby and in-hotel bar with food was closed Monday and not open late enough for my return on Tuesday night. Hot tub was nice. Room was huge, clean, comfortable. Some road noise but earplugs made it quiet enough. Nice staff and overall a good place.

Well I went in to check in ask if I could check in early was supposed have a room the night before my flight was late didn’t make in when i asked to check in I was told no they were fully booked had to wait till 4 had a wedding to go to at 5 wasn’t going to work left went outside and wanted to cry my sister called talk to the same lady told her pretty much the same as I did and she was told come right over we have a room something isn’t right here with in 15 minutes they had a room and it was ok to check in I will never stay with you people again

First of all we did not have Hot water Secondly buzzing noise came from the plumbing shaft Thirdly the AC unit was so loud we did not sleep well
