Our stay even before getting to the hotel was excellent. I had to make a few phone calls to the front desk before I even got to the location and they helped me book my late check out without any problems or even questioning why they just helped me I have to say that the housekeeper during my stay were very excellent, polite, sweet ladies and very, very helpful. They were very kind got me what I needed with a smile on their face took my trash with a smile very kind people. I was very surprised mostly because usually housekeeping staff don’t speak too much. Your staff here was absolutely above and beyond I’m talking about housekeeping above and beyond and the rest of the hotel employees and staff were wonderful as well. I enjoyed our stay because our room had the best view and also our bedding absolutely wonderful like a dream. I have never slept so well not even in my own bed. I slept so well I took down the name of the comforter and the pillows that we slept on, they were magnificent. The room was so big and so comfy. The furniture in the room looks so pretty and nicely replaced thank you Marriott. I loved it. We were down for the Goo Goo Dolls concert for a few days and every single day was perfect thank you thank you … Thank, Cynthia Rios

Tucker was so kind and made sure the room we stayed in was okay for my daughter who is in a wheelchair. He went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable and had room to move around. I don't usually write reviews but beware! DO NOT STAY HERE. They charge $55 a day for parking. Valet is your only option. I was then charged a $500 smoking fee at the end of my stay and I don't smoke or vape. It didn't show up on my receipt the hotel emailed me but they charged it on my card. It seems like they sneak it in to see if you will catch it. I have never experienced this in all the times I have traveled. They said I could dispute it and it would be reviewed by the manager. He will make the final decision. I will be disputing it asap. I just thought this might help someone else. We will not be returning to any Le Meridien property!

Great location within walking distance to Sundance square. Very clean neighborhood. Lots of street parking. Great pool area with a couple of cabanas, couches and lots of lounge lawn chairs. Nice bar in lobby with plenty of lobby seating. Bonus game room / library and gym with modern equipment

We stayed for 4th of July. The staff was friendly, there was a DJ at the the pool and the "Library" was a nice place to hang out outside the room. We went as a family but the hotel was mostly full of adults - something to consider if traveling with kids.

Our stay was just, ok. The location was ok but pretty sketchy with the people on the streets a large amount of what looked to be strung out people on the sidewalk when we first arrived. We booked a city view corner room and had a room facing the high rise apartmemts with no view. The room bathroom door was interesting and door was damaged but just made the stay work. The positive was the bed being so comfortable it was like sleeping on a pillow. The PH Annex bar was also AMAZING. I do wish there was an option on expedia to book the room and include the Valet service as it added an additional $70 a night. There was some parking behing the hotel that was cheaper but did not feel very safe or secure to leave my vehicle in that area. I was definitely not leaving it back there if we were back late.

Hotel experience was solid until we needed towels.. after 2 calls and 3 hours we finally got them. Along with that, after 2 calls and 4 hours we finally got our room cleaned. Nice hotel! Below average service.
