HIGHWAY NOISE NOTICE
This property is located near a highway. You may hear some road noise. Earplugs and a white noise machine are provided for your comfort, both ready and easy to use on arrival. If you are sensitive to noise, we just want you to know ahead of time so you can book with confidence.
COMMUNITY AMENITY ACCESS
Community amenities (pool, gym, common areas) are managed by the building and are occasionally subject to temporary closures for maintenance or safety reasons. While rare, these situations are beyond our control — we'll always communicate any known disruptions ahead of your stay.
RESPECT THE SPACE
This is a privately owned home, not a hotel. We ask that all guests treat the property with the same care and respect they would their own home. Damages, excessive mess, or misuse of the space may result in additional charges filed through the booking platform's resolution process.
While we are available 24/7 for communication and will respond as quickly as possible, there is no on-site property manager. All issues will be addressed remotely or by dispatch — your cooperation and patience is appreciated. Stair access is available to all floors.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
Please treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests. Unauthorised gatherings will be terminated immediately without refund.
PET POLICY
Pets are welcome under the following conditions. Failure to comply may result in cancellation, removal, or additional fees.
- Maximum 2 pets per booking
- 50 lbs per pet weight limit
- Pets are not permitted on any furniture
- All pet waste must be promptly cleaned up
- You must notify the host prior to booking if bringing a pet — undisclosed pets are grounds for immediate cancellation
Pet cleaning fee per pet, per stay:
- 1–4 nights: $25 per night
- 5–29 nights: $200 flat
- 30+ nights: $300 flat
Pet fees are charged separately via the booking platform's resolution process at or before check-in.
NO SMOKING POLICY
This is a strictly non-smoking property — including cigarettes, cigars, vaping devices, and marijuana in any form.
Violation of this policy will result in a $1,000 fine, charged immediately through the booking platform's resolution process, in addition to any cleaning or damage costs incurred.
There are no exceptions.
