We were in town to celebrate our wedding anniversary. When we arrived Yami greeted us. Apparently there was an issue with our room, but we were never told what the issue was, initially. The other attendant Selena was on speaker phone with a manager trying to figure another room issue. We waited about 15 mins after they went back and forth with the manager who we heard tell the Yami to upgrade our room to a suite. We paid through Expedia for the larger 1 bedroom with a bathtub. We were eventually given keys and went up to our room. You could barely move around in the room and there was no bathtub. When we went back to the front desk, Selena was again on her iPhone on speaker with a manager complaining of a customer who had just stormed off after being upset that tax was charged on their water at the bar.
