We booked 4 nights. The room we were put in had a horrible smell like a wet animal or something. It was really bad. We asked to be moved and were told there were no other rooms available until the next day and they would go clean the room again. Cleaning did not remove whatever the smell was, but we were stuck in that room for two nights. The next day, we again asked to be moved, they sent us to the room next to the smelly room, and it also had the same disgusting wet animal smell. So, they gave us another room, but it was a king bed (we originally had two queens) but we said the king was fine. While we were gone for the day, they sent someone into our new room and moved all of our belongings back into the 2nd stinky room again and called to tell us we couldn’t have the king room because they were booked. So, in the middle of our day, we had to return to the hotel and once again, go to the smelly room and move our things into yet another room. I don’t know what in the world that smell was in two rooms, but it was disgusting. We also felt it was unacceptable for someone to take our personal belongings out of our room. We will never stay at this place again.

The rooms have no soundproofing and the quiet hours are not respected. The first night I had to move rooms because of a women screaming for an hour at midnight. The next night children were running up and down the hall till 130am along with a birthday party I could hear through the air vents. I got barely enough sleep and I was intown for a funeral.

This hotel room felt like a college dorm room. There were no closet, no drawers, clothes rack attached to the wall so your clothes would hang over a small counter. There was no microwave and no coffee maker. My lovely wife and I thought we were paying for a hotel room but instead we were housed in a dorm room. Not worth the money we paid but at least it was clean.
