A very good hotel for the price

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the price is right, and the complimentary breakfast is the best--very tasty with lots of variety. I would stay there again.

Foi horrível, os recepcionistas não são corteses, me deixaram esperando sem querer fazer o chekin. Só fizeram o chekin depois de registrar uma reclamação na central de reservas da rede andrade. Esses recepcionistas precisam de uma formação imediatamente. Me senti como se estivesse em um hospital público. Jamais me hospedarei nesse hotel, muito menos indicarei a alguém.

Péssimo, os quartos, hotel em reforma sem comunicação aos clientes no balcão antes da hospedagem privando o direito de escolha de prosseguirmos com a reserva, me deparei-me pela manhã com funcionario de obras sentado na sacada da varanda ouvindo musica em caixinha de som Bluetooth, além de estar lixando as paredes da fachada e a poeira entrando no quarto pela porta da varanda justamente o que me acordou com o pó que tomava todo o quarto, pois dormimos sem o ar e as portas a bertas da varanda pelo motivo do climatizador fazer barulho o qual era insurdecedor, por esse motivo e por muita insistência nos trocaram de quarto duas vezes. Um suplício sem fim, tentamos entarrcem contato com a hoteis.com para as cabiveis soluções porém tb sem êxito

É uma hotel antigo, que precisa de cuidado. A localização é muito boa. O atendimento também é muito bom. O estacionamento é pago, tem poucas vagas, porém tem onde estacionar nos entornos. O quarto tem mofo nas paredes e o ar condicionado começou a pingar no último dia. O banheiro tinha mosquinhas e o café da manhã, apesar de gostoso, era o mesmo todos os dias. Contatos a meu hospedar, então caso vá, não crie muitas expectativas.

Atendimento na recepção demorado, pouca informação. Área do quarto ar condicionado não gelou, mobilia velha, toalhas bem desgastadas. Banheiro, o chuveiro não esquentou, o vidro Box só tinha a parte fixa a porta não tinha. Rejunte do banheiro sujo demais, tampa do vaso quebrado, a porta do banheiro sem pintura. No geral a aparência do quarto muito ruim com cara de bem desgastado sem nenhum capricho bem diferente da imagem colocada no anúncio. Decepção total! Não recomendo!!!
