A very good hotel for the price

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the price is right, and the complimentary breakfast is the best--very tasty with lots of variety. I would stay there again.

O hotel não tinha garagem, tinhamos que deixar o carro na rua, ou pagar uma diaria de 30,00R$. As paredes não têm acustica, escutavamos as conversas das pessoas dos quartos vizinhos. O café da manhã sem reposição, faltando tudo.

O banheiro do quarto é sujo e mal-estado de conservação. Quarto com paredes sujas, sem pintura. Alguns funcionários da recepção são mal educados e trabalham sem vontade, ficam só olhando seu próprio celular. O lado bom do hotel é que é muito perto da praia de Iracema.

Experiência ruim

Pelo o que vimos nas fotos, ficou muito aquém do esperado, pois o espaço tinha serias marcas de falta de manutenção. Paredes manchadas (com infiltração), banheiro com goteira, o ar fica desligando, as camas não são confortáveis. Várias partes faltavam uma peça, lâmpada exposta sem luminária. No primeiro dia não pegou água quente no chuveiro. O café da manhã é o mesmo cardápio todos os dias. Sem acústica nenhuma... Ouve tudo no corredor e vice-versa Enfim...

O hotel em si tem um ótimo custo benefício mais precisa de algumas manutenções nos apartamentos que deixam muito a desejar principalmente no serviço a que se refere a limpeza, era bem precária mesmo, os lençóis não eram trocados , o banheiro não era nem limpo e teve um dia que tivemos que solicitar pra que limpassem melhor porque estava muito visível a sujeira . Fiquei hospedada por 10 dias e não tinha condições das camareiras só ficarem limpando por cima ! Em geral tudo que foi solicitado eles atenderam prontamente , o hotel é muito bem localizado pertinho da praia de Iracema e com bastante restaurante em volta .
