A localização é ótima, perto de restaurantes, mercado, Farmacia e bom local de praia. O café variado e saboroso. A equipe muito solicita. Porém as instalações são pequenas, os colchões moles e saem do lugar, não repusarem toalhas, o quarto não tem ventilação e os travesseiros muito moles.

Café da manhã não tem muita variedade mas tudo fresquinho e gostoso, tapioca da tia e o atendimento dela sensacional. Serviço de limpeza do quarto diariamente excelente, todos os dias trocam toalhas e roupa de camas achei muito bom esse ponto. A cama não é muito confortável, mas vale o preço e por isso minha nota em geral 8 Com certeza eu voltaria pelo custo benefício e também pela boa e excelente fácil localização do hotel para qualquer lugar. Hotel tem duas piscinas achei ótimo

Infelizmente pelas fotos compartilhadas achei que era uma coisa e chegando la era outra. Acontece que tem dois anexos, um onde fica a melhor piscina, o cafe da manha, quartos lindos e bem decorados, e tem um outro anexo com uma piscina minúscula quase pra fora do hotel, os quartos com uma energia ate diferente e isso me incomodou porque se eu soubesse disso teria ido pra um hotel melhor. Mas nao foi horrivel, so a quebra de expectativa mesmo que foi chata

Limpeza do quarto impecável Equipe de funcionários extremamente educados e solicitos Wi-Fi perfeito… funciona MUITO BEM! Café da manhã maravilhoso, não tem o que reclamar ainda tinha uma senhora que fazia uma tapioca maravilhosa, bastante diversificado! A única coisa que tenho a reclamar são as camas! Pessimas! Muito mole, desconfortável, fica o tempo todo saindo de cima da base… foi reclamado mas sem sucesso! Precisa colocar camas novas!

O café da manha foi ótimo mas uma situaçao ocorrida comigo pede que comente. No segundo dia do café da manha eu encontrei um bom pedaço de casca de ovo no meio dos ovos mexidos e isso fez com que eu ficasse com nojo e nao comesse mais ovos no café da manha. O quarto que fiquei foi o 315 no prédio de que nao tem o café da manha. Nesse quarto as camas sao pessimas e do quarto você ouve o barulho da rua como se estivesse dentro do quarto, mesmo com todas as janelas fechadas, inclusive a do banheiro. Fora isso o fato de terem dois prédios e nao avisar que o café da manha é em um dos dois deveria estar claro na hora de fazer a reserva no hotel.

O quarto era limpo, e a equipe de funcionários não mediu esforços para manter tudo em ordem. O café da manhã é ok — nada especial, nada inovador —, oferecendo o básico, com exceção das panquecas, tapiocas e omeletes, que são feitas na hora, sob solicitação. Quero elogiar a Cláudia, que prepara as tapiocas com simpatia, e a Amanda, da recepção, que estava sempre solícita e sorridente. Os demais atendimentos foram apenas satisfatórios. Tivemos um problema inicial, pois os quartos que alugamos não correspondiam às fotos de divulgação — eram praticamente uma “caixa de fósforos” de tão pequenos. Reclamamos, e eles nos trocaram de quarto. O segundo também não era adequado; reclamamos novamente, e mais uma vez fomos realocados, sem questionamentos ou resistência. Estão de parabéns por essa postura. Ficamos nesse último quarto, que estava ok.

Organização no café da manhã

Cama de casal com molas, precisa ser trocado por já está quase na mola com isso impossível se mexer na cama pois pula muito quem está com vc. Café da manhã excelente só precisa de organização pois a funcionária que prepara a tapioca fica gritando o número do quarto e se perde nos pedidos teve um dia que não fez o meu e vi muitos hóspedes desistindo pela demora. Sugiro organizar com fila para acabar com o grito pois café da manhã tem que está silêncio. A gente sai de lá com os gritos na mente.
