Newly refurbished 7-Bed Cottage in Polruan, Fowey

This cosy cottage (recently refurbished) is located in a wonderful rural spot in Polruan, in the Fowey Estuary (it is directly opposite Fowey). The lovely living areas and excellent location make it the perfect choice for a family get away or get together with friends. This beautifully refurbished cottage has some lovely views looking out towards Fowey. It includes a host of modern comforts, making it an ideal home away from home.


As a self-catering cottage, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.
The cottage is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.


This cottage has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 7.
In the first bedroom, you will find twin beds.
In the next bedroom, there is a double-zip bed. Both these bedrooms, on the ground floor, are linked to a Jack 'Jill bathroom.
The third bedroom, situated on the top floor has a double bed. It has a lovely seating area with a fabulous view. The fourth bedroom which adjoins to the bedroom on the top floor is suitable for a child and has a single bed. It is accessed through the double bedroom.


There are 3 bathrooms.
The first bathroom has a toilet and sink and a bath/shower.
The next bathroom is a Jack n'Jill bathroom (newly put in) has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.
The third bathroom is in the basement and has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.


Linen and towels are NOT included. Because Polruan is a beautiful, quirky village build on a hill, there is no laundrette in the area and therefore we cannot offer linen (sorry!).

Polruan is made up of very narrow streets and therefore, there are no cars, as such, except for the Main Street. There is a car park at the top of the village where you park your car and then walk 5 mins down to the cottage.


House Rules:
- Check-in time is between 4pm and 5pm (can be earlier if it is not a Saturday) and check-out is 11am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
