In the commune of Fox-Amphoux, Cocoonr offers this charming 85 m² air-conditioned house with mountain views and swimming pool, which can accommodate up to 8 guests. It comprises an attractive 37 m² living room (with wood-burning stove), a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower) and a garden of around 1,500 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 37 m² living room with TV, wood-burning stove and 1 double sofa bed (140×190)
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: 2 twin beds (90×200) joined to make a double bed (180×200) and a bathroom with shower.
- Bedroom 2: 2 twin beds (90×200) joined to make a double bed (180×200) and a bathroom with shower
- Bedroom 3: 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and a bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A private, unheated swimming pool (8×4 m and 1m40 deep) secured by an electric cover, open from mid-May to the end of October. The pool can be heated on request and at an additional cost (200€/week). Pool opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change.

- A lovely 1,500 m² enclosed garden
- A 100 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
- A shared pétanque court

The house is ideally located in Fox-Amphoux, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
