Guest get access to the entire 2nd floor luxury condo and 4 parking spaces on the complex. Guest will also have their own private access to the gated pool area in the summer season. In addition, you will have access to our shoreline on Pistakee Lake to enjoy.

This vacation rental is on the 2nd floor of a future commercial restaurant location. The owner is currently interviewing restauranters to open a fine dining restaurant below at parking lot level. There is currenty NO business in the 1st floor or patrons on the property.

This is a Pet Friendly vacation rental. No more than 2 dogs please. There is a small pet gate area by the entrance.

This home is professionally managed for the property owner. The managers contact info will be in the welcome book upon arrival, and on stand by during the guest stay.

POOL NOTE - Pool usually open from memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend for certain. It may stay open longer in September depending on the weather patterns. The pool is a shared pool with owners if they are up boating. If they are not up boating, the pool is all yours.

-Fireworks not allowed on the property.
