Infelizmente tive alguns problemas na minha hospedagem e tive de trocar de quarto duas vezes (uma delas em razĆ£o de obras no quarto ao lado. Ainda que tudo tenha sido resolvido dessa vez infelizmente nĆ£o tenho como dar 5 estrelas. Mas preciso sim destacar aqui pontos muito positivos que Ć© a equipe do hotel e as piscinas (muito bonitas e bem cuidadas). Mas o destaque vai mesmo para equipe, principalmente para o mensageiro Felipe e o gerente Alexandre.

PorĆ©m fomos com uma turma com crianƧas, fomos exclusivamente pelo atrativo do parque infantil na piscina e para nossa surpresa esta isolado e fechado para reforma. Em momento algum foi informado isso na reserva, bem pelo contrario, a propagando do parque infantil Ć© um grande atrativo para nĆ³s que temos crianƧas, de certa forma nos sentimos lesados. E para ajudar somente uma piscina (a menor) Ć© aquecida, como o perĆ­odo ja nĆ£o Ć© tĆ£o quente a piscina aquecida faz muita diferenƧa, e entĆ£o acabou que todos os hospedes precisaram ficar na piscina pequena e todo mundo apertado. De modo geral a experiĆŖncia nĆ£o foi legal, sugiro validar essas informaƧƵes antes de ir pra la caso va com crianƧas.

A limpeza do hotel Ć© excelente e as refeiƧƵes (cafĆ© da manhĆ£ e jantar) estavam Ć³timas, com serviƧo impecĆ”vel no restaurante. Contudo, a recepĆ§Ć£o deixou a desejar e a equipe do setor infantil nem sequer nos recebeu. No bar, pedi um suco que veio morno; solicitei gelo a outro funcionĆ”rio que prometeu trazer, mas nĆ£o voltou, mesmo eu sendo a Ćŗnica cliente no local. Cancelei o pedido pela demora e, apĆ³s recusar um novo suco de cortesia, o hotel ofereceu uma caipirinha para compensar. Foi um gesto educado, mas o atendimento geral precisa de mais atenĆ§Ć£o.
