Terrible

Place was disgusting. They do not clean rooms well. Bed bugs, blood spots on floor & curtains. Drugs left in room. Managers response was what do you expect drug addicts stay here.

The check in desk clerk was very nice! Honestly, he could not have been nicer. However, we had a VERY hard time finding the property, in the dark at night; the sign was very small and beneath a Sports Bar sign. The hallway carpets and furnishings are very old and tired. Also, Route 9 in Framingham is never exactly easy to negotiate, and, at night, in the dark, and when police have blocked off the VERY occasional left hand turns... it was a nightmare finding the place. Buyer beware. Again, great staff and VERY clean room, but... hard to find.

When we first arrived we noticed the only plug-ins were two lamps that were on the stands that the base of them were metal and rusted and the other plug-in was located in the bathroom. That plug-in only worked if the light was to remain on. TV remote had no back and we were unable to shut off TV and had to unplug it to shut it off. Curtains were so thin that the sunlight came right through and also one of them was torn in the middle. That made it hard to close. The room had an iron but no iron board. Also no hair dryer. If you are not traveling alone you will need to ask for more towels. We had 2 of us in the room and we had 2 regular towels and 1 hand towel. The room had an odor to it. Not sure if the room used to be a smoking room. We only slept in one bed as the other one had hair on the white sheets and it looks like the sheets were not cleaned. Also people must live in this hotel we went upstairs to get ice and there was a lady outside her room with 2 kids smoking and feeding her kids on the floor. I tripped over an ashtray and some sort of a pipe. I was scared when we went to bed and I put a chair up against the door. At one point I thought about just getting up and driving the 3 1/2 hours to get back to my house but it was already 1am at that point.

My stay was last minute, and everything was great. the staff even took the extra step to bring ice to me room (they didn't have to do that) and the room was super clean. This Inn is close to dining and the highway, so it's a great location.

Adjacent to a sleazy biker bar guests openly drinking and doing drugs. Office closes at 10pm so if you show up after you’re out of luck. That said, Sketchy ppl all around, loud, dirty. Stay away. Gross.

The front desk was staffed but the continental breakfast was below standard. The bathtub in my room was old and rusty. There are three metal bars sticking from the bedframe and one of them injured my left shin (bleeding happened).

You have to all if you late after check in. Rooms 219, 220, 221,222 right above sports bar music loud until 12 AM. No continental breakfast at all. The room was OK.
