Newly built Apartment above garage (2024) in the heart of Frankfort. Just up the street from beautiful Lake Michigan. Perfect place to gather with family or close friends for an up north getaway. Day trips to Traverse City, Empire, Glen Arbor, Manistee and so much more. We are offering introductory pricing for 2024. There is a house (Forest House) on the property for rent as well if you have more people that want to stay together. 600 square foot apartment. 1 Bedrooms (4 beds total), 1 bathrooms. Living room, kitchen, laundry on main floor. Stairs that lead from the door up to the apartment. No gate or door at top of stairs. There is also a house that is a short term rental on the property as well. Please be courteous to the guests and neighbors. Full access to the apartment. Please note there is a full staircase leading up to the apartment. No door at top of the stairs. Allergen free property, pets not permitted. I am available via message or you may call or text me.
