We were looking for a property that was centrally located between Louisville, Frankfort, and Lexington. This was the perfect location. The home has been updated and was very welcoming. The coffee bar is awesome! Had everything you could possibly need. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. We used the BBQ one day for dinner. The air conditioning kept us cool.Communication with the property owner was great, always received a very quick response. If we're in the area again, would 100% stay here.

Great place - Better than pictures show

Great location, convenient, very clean, has everything you may need for your stay. The interior appears to have been very recently remodeled. Pictures do not show the outdoor table and chairs nor the gas grill. Nice place.

Really a wonderful time with so many distillers less the 20 min away in every direction. Loved the place and it was a good fit for a small friend group

Great Bourbon Getaway Spot

We used this property for home base for our bourbon trail trip. It’s super conveniently located for all of the Frankfort-area distilleries. The house itself is very large, with a huge and well stocked kitchen and a very large living room with really nice recliner couches. It was perfect for ending the evening watching tv, eating pizza, and drinking bourbon while reclining back with our legs up. We would absolutely stay here again.

What a beautiful house.

This house was a perfect stop over for us. We enjoyed the spacious and well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds and living room. ☺️ One note: we had two in our party that are highly sensitive to scented deodorizers and candles. We had to put the plug in and candles outside immediately since they were experiencing migraine and symptoms of nausea. Thought you would want that small feedback.

The Ad Does Not Do the Dwelling Justice!

I was SO pleased with our stay in this quant little home! The exterior of this house is slightly aged, but the interior is in perfect condition with several modern updates! I used this house for our wedding party to get ready and it accommodated everyone perfectly and there are so many photo opportunities due to the beautiful kitchen and exposed wood everywhere! I was also able to bring my dog and it was absolutely so special that I was able to take pictures with her on our big day because pets are allowed. <3 Great communication and great experience overall!

We were in town for Railbird and this was a great spot. We had a different place closer that canceled on us but this turned out to be comfortable and the drive wasn't too bad. The ceilings are low and my 6'6" friend couldn't go near the ceiling fans haha. We'd stay here again though.

Overnighter with the family

The house is in a great loacation and very easy to find. Although on a busier road, the neighborhood is quiet. The house was incredibly clean and completely updated. My only recommendation is to have some assistance when getting into the beds. Although they were all super comfortable, my in-laws and vertically challenged wife struggled to get into them. Ovaerall a fantastic stay and would recommend!

Bourbon trail getaway

Home was perfect for 3 couples on the Bourbon trail. Very quiet location, yet not far from town and distilleries. We enjoyed the kitchen, well stocked with items for cooking and grilling. Would recommend a ceiling fan in upstairs bedroom, but very beautifully decorated. Would definitely stay here again!
