3 BR, 3 baths, 2 sleeper sofas and 2 Queen bunkbeds in the basement. Sleeps 16+ people. 3 Cozy living areas (one on each level), complete kitchen and two dining areas (one outside under covered porch) . Wood-burning fireplace, hot tub with amazing views and games for all the kids (bumper pool and air hockey).

Fishing, hiking, sledding, snow-shoeing, animal watching and Crooked Creek (fishing, swimming, tubing) all on property. Amazing views in all directions, with almost complete seclusion (lookout house/tree house on property). Mountain biking trails right outside our house that backs up to Arapahoe National Forrest. 15 min drive from Winter Park Mountain Resort. 45 min drive from Rocky Mountain National Park. Town of Fraser and Winter Park just 10-15 mins by car for restaurants and shopping.
