Originally built in 1910 in the Mission style, the house has been tastefully updated while preserving its character. The primary bathroom features a shower and bidet for added comfort, and there is also a half bath on the first floor. Roku TVs are provided in each bedroom, along with high-speed internet and streaming service. One bedroom includes a desk, while the second has a portable desk.

When house is rented and shared, common spaces include the kitchen, dining room, and a second-floor area suitable for reading, stretching, or light exercise. The second floor also includes a utility refrigerator, single-cup Keurig, microwave, and basic dishware. Storage is generous, with a large hall closet for wardrobes and a hanging rack in one bedroom. Both rooms include chests of drawers, lamps, mirrors, blackout shades, drapery, and natural light.

Outside, guests can enjoy a distinctive garden-side space with a grill and a chiminea lounge area. One off-street parking space is included.
