The hotel is just gorgeous (every element from the plates in the restaurant to the lights and furnishing in the room is spectacular). The staff are amazing and should all ger raises. The valet is so kind, loved the housekeeping team, and our favorite person was Patrick the bartender (from Germany). He makes the best drinks and his witty sense of humor kept us at the bar for hours.

The room was beautiful! The bedding was comfortable. The only complaint I have is the coffee was very weak and no flavor. They need to use better stronger quality coffee. Otherwise the stay was wonderful

One of the loudest hotels I've stayed at! Doors closing are loud and walls are thin. Plus the BBQ reataurant next door/behind has a live singer and its VERY loud. Plus we ordered pastries and coffee for am delivery and never got it Beautiful place and was excited to stay here but very disappointed

The hotel was absolutely beautiful. The design of the rooms was clean and modern. The bed was so comfortable. The soaps and lotions smelled amazing. The food at The Restaurant was exceptional. The only thing was we didn't receive any VIP benefits even though this is a VIP property.
