Great service, easy to check in and get acquainted. The food, sadly, needs improvement. Too limited that they shouldn’t even offer breakfast. The coffee being delivered is a cute touch but would prefer to have it in our room.

Thin walls

Loved our stay here overall and will be back. It’s a beautiful space and we loved the pool, Keidel Pharmacy, bar, and room. However the walls are the thinnest I have ever encountered staying at a hotel in my life. It was honestly shocking, and also disappointing for a nice hotel. We could hear every step and conversation happening in the hall outside our room LOUDLY in our room as well as the room above us stomping around constantly which made it hard to sleep comfortably.

Best Bed ever, but super dingy lighting

A very new and fancy hotel, with one of the most comfy beds I have ever slept on! Rooms are very modern and spacious. There is no desk, although there would be room for it. Strangest thing - even with all the lights on, its super dark and dingy in the room (to the degree where you don‘t know if you are putting on a blue or black piece of clothing) - but I know Americans have different preferences for ambient lighting than Europeans, so it might be a „me problem“. Bathroom door does not offer any noise insulation, again I assume a cultural „me problem“. The Nightmanager was super sweet helping us with Checkout at the ungodly hour of 4.30am. Could use a few more sun loungers around the pool, it got crowded at some point, but service was attentive and very polite. Location of the hotel is great, dead center on Main Road in Fredricksburg.
