Please consider placing a nonslip mat for tubs that can be draped over the side to be used or not by the guest. I turned the water on, stepped into the tub and caught myself slipping on the slimy soap already in the bottom of the tub. There are no grab bars to help balance stepping out of the tub. I see potential liability. Thank you.

The staff was very helpful, kind and added to the stay for sure. We borrowed a game from the front office that we enjoyed playing one night. Parking was easy access and breakfast was good, however the smell within the hotel was musty. A/C had to run most of the day due to the musty smell of animal. Minus the smell of the hotel - the stay was very enjoyable.

Toilet would not flush unless you hold the handle. Bathtub had a big hole on the side which they covered with tape! So they removed the stopper so you can’t take a bath. Come on, Best Western, DO BETTER!
