Fun Friends Weekend

The house was great for our size group. The sump pump does run a lot but it wasn’t too distracting.

Great property!

This property was perfect for our needs, we were also able to commute into DC for the sites. It rained a lot while we were there, so the sump pump was running pretty constantly which was a little loud. Our entry instructions were not provided by Vrbo before we arrived-the only reason I bring that up is to say that as soon as I reached out to the owners it was taken care of. They were so kind and quick to help, and I really appreciated it. If we're ever in the area again, this property will be at the top of our list!

An Exceptional Walk Around American History

This was our 4th year of the VRBO experience. Initially, we were looking for a warm(er) place to escape the long northern Michigan winter. But we are also BIG US History buffs - and Fredericksburg definitely fits that bill! During our 30-day stay we visited sites encompassing the American Revolution to the Cold War and beyond, including the homes of five US Presidents! The single story home was easy to navigate with 3 bedrooms, a full bath and full kitchen on the main floor. There is even a separate full living space in the lower level. The large screen TV in the living room made the evenings enjoyable after a full day of sightseeing. And our 13-year old dog thoroughly enjoyed the large fenced backyard! The hosts (Hannah) were easy to contact and instantly responsive. In short, we thoroughly enjoyed this VRBO experience and would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
