The spacious king suite ensures restful nights, while the second bedroom offers a full size (can add addtl twin upon reqeust), perfect for kids or extra guests. A sleeper sofa in the living room provides even more flexibility.

Unwind in the private hot tub, roast s’mores by the fire pit, or sip wine under the covered patio. This home includes WiFi, air conditioning, heating, washer and dryer, and thoughtful touches to make your stay easy and enjoyable.

We had a fantastic stay here in Fredericksburg! The house was perfect for our weekend getaway - clean and cozy interior, hot tub, fire pit, and all the amenities you need! It was also less than a 5 min drive to Main Street. The hosts were very responsive with any questions we had. We hope to come back!

We had an amazing trip in Fredericksburg! This house is really adorable! The street is a nice, quiet culdesac. We loved the porch & the outside patio. The downstairs bedroom is adorable and the bed is really comfortable. The upstairs room is a more of a loft room and the shower head made it a bit of a challenge. It’s just a 8-10 minute walk to the historic part of main, & another 8-10 minutes gets you to the downtown area. Stopping in places along the way makes it breeze by. At night, recommended to Uber because there aren’t street lights in the neighborhood (due to town ordinance). It was absolutely perfect for a fun, relaxing getaway!

Wonderful house, great for 2 couples! Absolutely loved the jacuzzi and fire pit! It’s a bit of a walk to the main downtown area (20-30 minutes), but we quite enjoyed stretching our legs after a long day of driving. And it’s a safe area, and a flat easy walk. We didn’t use the grill or kitchen, but there is basic cookware available. We also didn’t bring a pet, but I love that it’s such a pet friendly place and that they don’t charge more for bringing your beloved mascot!

Loved our stay. Host very responsive and easy communication. Cutest little house, loved the esthetics and my husband said the bed was so comfortable. Enjoyed the nice hot tub and walking distance to Main Street and coffee places. Will definitely be back and may bring our little kids next time as cute upstairs area for them and house located on a quiet cul de sac. Even saw some deer and a three legged cat greeted us and our dog when we arrived. Also great fully fenced backyard for our dog.

It is a very cute house! The bathrooms appear to be updated with beautiful tile and fixtures. The rooms are spacious, and the beds are comfortable. It has so much charm with wood floors, trim and beams. It was a great location to Main St. The owner was very responsive with any questions we had. Great stay!!
