Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

We had a wonderful time in Fredericksburg and the Tudie home was perfect. The owners thought of everything when creating this home away from home. From the breathtaking Silo bathroom to the hot tub on the back porch, where you can relax while watching a family deer, this country haven has it all!

Wonderful Home

Pictures do not do the property justice. We loved the eclectic and the special touches everywhere. You can tell the owners put a lot of thought and their special touch everywhere on the property. We have stayed at many rentals and this is hands down the loveliest place we have stayed. The patio served as our daily breakfast area where we able to watch deer and turkeys every morning. The home is located close to shopping, downtown, wineries and anything else you can think of. We highly recommend, too bad we can only give you 5 stars.

Peaceful Week Away

Loved everything about our stay! The house had everything we could need and was super clean. Everything was easy and accessible for my daughter in a wheelchair. We had so much fun watching the sunsets and deer in the backyard while in the hot tub. Perfect, relaxing trip and stay. Thank you!

TX wine getaway for Christmas

This 3/1 was renovated and expanded to a 3/2, and it definitely impressed. The layout was functional and everything worked. The master suite is HUGE and enjoyable. We love the hot tub, as well as the location; easy for all the wineries to the eat and Frederksburg to the west. If we return we'll definitely consider it again.

Great Location, Easy Access to Fredericksburg and Surrounding Attractions

This is a completely overhauled property, modernized and added onto. Master and master bath are huge - a real retreat treat! Nice kitchen with most of what you need to cook and bake. Modern appliances, fabulous hot tub (for 4), plenty of space and a comfortable place to hang out. Wifi works great.

We were amazed by the pictures of the home but wow! Seeing it in person the pictures don't do justice. The home is gorgeous! The master bedroom is so spacious with walk-in closet and restroom my goodness so gorgeous! The shower is amazing! The home was very clean and we felt at home. We had no issues whatsoever. The neighborhood is quiet and backyard has an amazing view and deer came around as well. The hot tub was super nice and clean. They have a guest notebook which is so cute and they had a little history of the home which was nice to read. Thank you so much for sharing your home with my family and I. Also, thank you for the bottle of wine! We will definitely stay here again!

This place was better than advertised! The home was spacious and comfortable. Perfect for a family of six. The master suite was stunning and even though we were in a heat wave, the hot tub was welcome. Very close to everything in Fredericksburg. Definitely will come back!

FRBG stay at Tudies

Wonderful experience. Great house that was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Design and decor was so well thought out. Nice blend of details without being cluttered. Location was perfect. Close to shops, coffee houses, museums, and restaurants. But nice quiet neighborhood. Easy to get out of town to Enchanted Rock, Old Tunnel State Park, and some great wineries/ vineyards.
