Designed with beach lovers in mind, this cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bath home is filled with thoughtful details to help you unwind and enjoy every moment.

Inside the Home:
• Primary Bedroom: King bed, Roku TV, en-suite bathroom with shower/tub combo
• Second Bedroom: Two twin-over-full bunk beds, Roku TV – perfect for kids or groups
• Second Bathroom: Full bath with shower/tub combo
• Living Room: Fire Stick TV and plenty of seating for family time and movie nights
• Extras Provided: Beach towels, Pack-n-Play, high chair, coloring books, crayons, games (Yahtzee, Uno, dominoes)

Outdoor Fun & Relaxation:

Enjoy ocean breezes and coastal vibes under the house in the fully cemented entertainment area, featuring:
• Two picnic tables
• Two BBQ pits
• Sink with hot & cold water and food prep space
• Hammock
• Large yard perfect for playing games or relaxing with family and friends
• Screened-in porch ideal for sipping coffee, star gazing, or catching a cool breeze

Pet-Friendly!

We welcome up to two dogs under 30 lbs with a $100 non-refundable pet fee per pet. Doggie clean-up bags are provided under the kitchen sink. Have a smaller breed or special request? Let us know—we’ll do our best to accommodate you!

Parking Reminder:

Guests may only park on the driveway or under the house. Parking on the grass is strictly prohibited.
Damages to grass or underground piping caused by improper parking will result in reimbursement charges.

A $300.00 security deposit “HOLD” will be processed 2 days prior to check in from the owners online booking platform. You will need to provide them with a credit card for this transaction “hold”. This is just a hold and will not be collected unless there are rule violations, damages to the property or guests do not follow the check out instructions. Please message us if you have any questions with regard to the security deposit. We are happy to help.
