ENJOY THE SUN in our charming studio or walking in POOL of the residence. But ON THE FRENCH RIVIERA, The most important is THE TERRACE. Completely renovated, this studio opens onto a large terrace without vis-à-vis. This is a very nice place to enjoy the sun loungers or take breakfast and meals. It allows sharing an appetizer, enjoy a sunset, a meal with family or friends
Our studio is located in a small residence. Well laid out with a kitchen, it is fully equipped including dishwasher, washing machine, large screen TV. All relatives, shops are within walking distance and the historic heart of Frejus. On the other side of the avenue, you can walk in the large park of the Villa Aurelia. Site unrated.
Similarly, in minutes, you can get to the heart of Saint Raphael.
Before or after a walk or a swim in the sea, just a few steps for a dip in the POOL that you have your key and that in July and August closes at 22 pm.
You have your personal parking and if you do not want to take the car, the bus stops are nearby.
You come by train, we will arrange to meet you and take you back to the station.
If you want to move, rent a bike, 2 wheels no problems and was so very convenient ...

Functional but basic

For the price and the location you can't go wrong, the hosts were also very accomodating. The property itself was fairly basic and lacked some comfort, I would suggest just putting a proper bed into the property and having a small oven wouldn't go amiss either. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Un petit appartement avec balcon bien situé

Tout est bien sauf la télé qui ne marchait que par intermitence et la lustre qui change l intensité de lumière et la couleur cycliquement c est bien pour une boite de nuit mais parfois énervant dans un contexte d un appart .

Studio idéal pour 2 personnes (voir 3),très bien agencé dans une résidence au calme,avec terrasse et la piscine à 20m et un entourage très sympathique. A proximité de la mer et du centre ville,30' à pieds,10' en voiture. Hôte très gentille,à l'écoute et réactive.

Location Frejus

Studio bien agencé au 1er étage dans un ensemble de petits immeubles avec piscine privée. Propriétaire très accueillant qui a pris du temps pour nous donner plein d'informations sur la région. Boulangerie et magasins casino et intermarche à côté. Un regret, il faut prendre la voiture pour aller à la plage et pour ressortir le soir.

Accueil sympathique avec une bouteille de rosé au frais , des cartes et des conseils pour découvrir , studio très propre et une terrasse agréable pour les moments de détente y compris la sieste... Accès à la piscine en quelques pas , piscine très bien tenue et sans surcharge. Visites commentée de Frejus à ne pas rater comme le bateau en AR pour St Tropez ...bref les vacances c'est trop court quant on est bien installé.

Nous avons été reçu par une sympathique et chaleureuse propriétaire qui nous à conseiller sur la région, la résidence est sécurisée et calme(emplacement pour la voiture) et très bien située par rapport à la ville de Fréjus(1km). Boulangerie, grandes surfaces à proximité. Studio très bien équiper pour 2 personnes avec une excellente literie, et sa terrasse sans vis à vis. Nous avons passer un agréable séjour à tout les niveaux .

Après un accueil chaleureux, nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement très bien situé pour une visite de la région. Appartement très propre, calme et très complet (LL, LV, frigo, congélateur, etc), sans vis-à-vis et avec jolie terrasse. La piscine est agréable et propre. Les propriétaires sont très disponibles et réactifs. Nous recommandons volontiers cette location.

Studio idéal pour de belles vacances

Très soucieux du bien-être de leurs hôtes, passionnés par leur région, Solange et Christian nous ont réservé un accueil très chaleureux. Nous avons énormément apprécié le studio situé dans une résidence très calme, extrêmement bien entretenue et joliment arborée. Studio tout confort (tout est prévu !), agréablement aménagé avec une grande terrasse offrant un bel espace de vie supplémentaire. Nous avons aussi bénéficié des précieux conseils de Solange et Christian pour de belles balades dans la région. Fréjus est très bien située pour découvrir tout le littoral, l'arrière-pays et le magnifique massif de l'Estérel. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter à la prochaine occasion.

FORMIDABLE

Séjour du 06/08/2016 au 20/08/2016. Appartement très bien situé, accès à la plage et aux villes de Fréjus et Saint- Raphaël rapidement via les navettes ou la route pour ceux qui sont véhiculés. le studio convient pour 2 adultes très fonctionnel et bien agencé. La terrasse est au top, grande,spacieuse nous avons eu la chance de voir une partie du feu d’artifice depuis celle-ci. Des propriétaires très sympa et attentif avec leurs locataires, avec un accueil très chaleureux (boisson fraiche qui nous attendaient à l'arrivée), nous qui n'étions pas véhicules ils ont eu la gentillesse de venir nous chercher (aller-retour) à la gare. Pour résumer de supers vacances dans un endroit vraiment génial. Adresse à garder, Idéal pour des vacances tranquilles et agréable. les petites fées du ménage.
