The room was good except for the door. The door would not open upon the first try. It would take three tries to get it open. The rest of the room was good. Heater worked well, the bedding was great. One elevator was out of service. The other did four noises like the hydraulic fluid was wrong. Lastly was entering the site. The air freshener was so strong it drifted outside. This is not good for those allergic to perfumes or has triggers to allergies. The rest of the hotel was nothing like the entry. We should not have to encounter such strong odor upon entering the site.

Not the best Holiday Inn… room was not cleaned properly upon arrival. The bed looked like it had been slept in( plus a hair under the pillow), sticky smear on night stand and mildew in shower. I was able to change rooms, the mildew was still present and the heating system was so loud I had to turn it off to sleep. The hot water took some time to get hot in the shower, and people in other rooms complained of this as well. The TV does not offer the option to use streaming services. There is an outdoor pool ( no hot tub) that is unheated and had zero ambiance. I would not recommend this hotel.

Room was very clean, unfortunately there was a smell from room and furnishings from the room and breakfast area have seen better days. Carpet in room and common areas had stains. I stayed at this hotel when it first opened and it showed a lot of promise, however time may have gotten the best of this location.
