The modern kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a wine cooler, and a spacious butlerâs pantry, ideal for culinary enthusiasts. Enjoy meals in the cozy private dining nook, or step outside to the large back deck and screened porch, equipped with a dining table and gas grill for a delightful al fresco dining experience.
The layout includes, on the main floor, a bedroom with two sets of twin bunk beds with access to the screened porch, while a queen-sized bedroom with an en-suite bathroom is conveniently located down the hall. Upstairs, discover two more beautifully appointed bedrooms with king- and queen-sized beds featuring en-suite bathrooms. In the primary king bedroom, you will find an additional deck with breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and a cozy fireplace for intimate evenings. On the ground floor, the finished bonus room includes two twin beds, a mini split for climate control, a card table, and an additional refrigerator. This bonus room provides convenient access to the fenced courtyard, garage, and elevator.
