The Space:

640 Newhaven is a two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath oceanfront condo located on the north end of Fripp Island. This two-story condo sleeps up to six guests and features direct ocean views from the main living area, private balcony, and primary bedroom.



The main level has an open layout connecting the kitchen, dining area, and living room. The living room includes comfortable seating, a large TV, electric fireplace, and access to the oceanfront balcony. Outdoor seating on the balcony gives you a place to enjoy the view and watch for dolphins along the shoreline.



The updated kitchen features granite countertops, custom cabinetry, and modern appliances. It is stocked with cookware and dishes for preparing meals at the condo, along with an air fryer and both Keurig and standard coffee maker options. There are two dining areas, including a traditional dining table and a high-top table.



Both bedrooms are located on the second level. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, ocean views, and a private bathroom. The primary bathroom includes a walk-in shower with dual showerheads, a rainfall showerhead, handheld wand, and built-in bench.



The second bedroom is set up well for families, with a queen-size bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed. This bedroom also has its own full bathroom and views toward the Newhaven courtyard and inlet. A half bathroom is located on the main level.



A washer and dryer are available in the condo, along with Wi-Fi and TVs for use during your stay.



640 Newhaven is located within the Village of Newhaven, an oceanfront community next to the Ocean Point area. The community has a central landscaped courtyard with a shared grilling area. Ocean Point Golf Course, the Ocean Point pool, and nearby dining are within a short walk of the condo.



Up to six Fripp Island Resort guest cards are included with your stay. Guest cards are required to access many Resort amenities, including pools, restaurants and bars, golf, pickleball, tennis, the fitness center, and other Resort facilities. Guest cards also provide access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.



The condo is stocked with a starter supply of basic items, including toilet paper and paper towels. Additional groceries and supplies can be purchased at Springtide Market & Deli near the entrance to the island.



**About Fripp Island**



Fripp Island is a private, gated barrier island located approximately 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina. The island offers 3.5 miles of beach, two golf courses, multiple pool complexes, tennis and pickleball courts, a marina, restaurants, walking and biking paths, and equipment rentals.



Wildlife is common throughout the island, including whitetail deer and coastal birds. Dolphins can also frequently be spotted from the Newhaven shoreline.



Please note that some Resort amenities and hours of operation vary by season. This property has a Saturday check-in during peak season.
