Chase is always so amazing we’ve been going there every year for our family vacation and he’s always there to check us in and is so amazing. Breakfast was a little off this year toasters we’re not working well but all in all we will continue to stay there once a year

Hotel smelled pretty bad def not what the pics look like we had to ask for a diff room cause NONE of the outlets worked in the first room then the second room the door was so hard to open you jad to ram your body into the door to open cause it getss stuck we had ran out of toilet paper we called front office if we could get some after an hour of still waiting we just to left to lobby to use restroom and get more toilet paper... Awesome location but def wont stay again will stay next door

Hotel smelled like smoke and meldew rooms are not like the pictures run down noice is ridiculous people coming in out slamming doors all night long talking in the hallways all hrs of the night and you can hear the freeway noice all night you won’t get any rest here do not recommend
