Family was visiting from out of town. I couldn’t accommodate them at home, so, I got a room for them. It was a good decision because they were comfortable and love the room at this hotel.

Front desk staff was not friendly. The room smelled bad. The mattress is hard. The entire hotel is run down. The hallways are dirty and disgusting. This is not a hotel anyone should stay at.

Was here with family for a Disney trip. Location is great but on our 3rd night here the hot water was gone. We went to the front desk and they said multiple people have complained they can switch rooms but can’t guarantee it will have hot water. So we switched rooms because we had just came back from a 10 hour Disney day and wanted to take showers and sleep. Sure enough second room also didn’t have hot water. No compensation or anything was offered for the inconvenience. We were leaving the next day so in the morning maintenance got there and we were finally able to shower off.

All though the price was convenient cheaper isn’t always better. The property was run down and in need of many renovations. Despite having a lovely lobby and friendly staff upfront it was a very deceiving representation of the rest of the hotel. As we exited the dirty creaky elevator, we were greeted with flickering lights down a dimly lit hallway. As we entered our room we were hit with the smell of mold and cigarette. The smells somehow got worse as we turned on the ac in our room. There were stains on the floor and headboard and bed. There was a spider lurking on the bed and a few more during our stay. We definitely left with some bits. The sink was clogged during our entire stay, and the paint on the walls were peeling and looked like graffiti was painted over in some parts of the room. Drapes were stained yellow, and the windows or smudgy and dirty. All the appliances and furniture were covered in dust. Breakfast was convenient and not bad.

The entire room needs major repairs and updating. The shower head had very low water pressure, bathroom floor needed scrubing.. Bed was not comfortable. We were out most of the day, just needed a place to stay for $120/day. I wouldn't book again.
Bathroom floor area still dirty, needs a deep clean.

Si bien es sabido, el hotel es una propiedad antigua que evidentemente no ha sido remodelada, sin embargo eso no es justificación para estar sucia. Las habitaciones tienen mal olor y los pasillos huelen a Mariguana. La ubicación es buena para visitar Disney y el servicio de Shuttle es muy bueno. Por favor si tienen la posibilidad de visitar el hotel DESAPROVECHENLA. Es mejor pagar un poco mas pero dormir en un lugar limpio.

One of the worst.

I was not happy at all. The hotel has no upgrades. The carpet it very old. The rooms smell like mold and dirty carpet mattress has stains did not find bedbugs. My bathroom had some mold. The repairs of the wall were horrible. There was no fridge or microwave in my room. The water cups and ice were in the bathroom, why? I showered with sandals. I couldn’t upgrade. The hallways smelled like marijuana at times. It was nonsmoking rooms. Just horrible.

Yes, you get what you pay for, but the condition was so run down, I think it should have been nicer for the price: comparing with pricing in surrounding hotels. We definitely won’t stay there again as my husband and I frankly just felt sketched out and I felt a little unsafe. The hallways smelt like weed and there was someone openly smoking down the hallways our first night there... if it’s a policy not to smoke there, then it should be more enforced. Also the carpets and doors in the hallways were frankly just nasty. Huge dark stains all up and down the hall, some right in front of the doors, super icky. The actual room itself was clean so that was fine, but the surrounding environment was just so eerie. I looked at reviews before coming and I think the hotel just has an automatic response to them instead of a genuine and planned out renovation date. Even if they made small adjustments slowly but surely that would help so much. But they will probably respond to this review with that same automated response unfortunately, meaning no actual renovation plans. If it was advertised as a motel of some sort, or motel 6, okay cool, I can get behind the condition. But you are super catfished on this one, it definitely had the quality of a motel over a hotel, so not staying again, as I know paying an extra $50 bucks is worth getting a way better hotel. Front desk guy was super nice check in though! Jesse was his name I believe. He was awesome!!
