Our Room, # 302, was adjacent to the third floor Electrical Equipment Room in the front of the Hotel. For two nights we had to listen to equipment vibrations, grinding sounds and humming sounds vibrating through the walls of the room. Also, the mini refrigerator in the room hummed constantly. I WILL know what questions to ask the next time I stay at one of your establishments!!!

Room is clean and comfortable. But Guest service is very bad. Front desk rep is not treating customers friendly. We waited more than 3 hours to get the room. I understand the check-in time is 3PM. But she made all customers to wait until 3 PM instead of checking in as the room gets ready. I never had such a terrible check-in experience.
