Escape to this warm and cozy home in the Galena Territory. Plenty of room to spread out in over 4,800 sq ft of space. Several outdoor seating areas to enjoy nature and the fresh air. Main level consists of a formal living room sharing a double side fireplace with a den to provide a secluded work area if needed. The kitchen has an eat in area, seating 6 as well as a breakfast bar, seating 4. The coffee bar provides a Mr. Coffee and a Keurig along with filters, pods, tea and creamer to get your morning started. In addition to the refrigerator ice maker, we have an additional under counter ice maker for your convenience. Guest can enjoy the 4-season room with smart TV and walk out to deck. The main floor master bedroom with ensuite provides king size bed with a whirlpool tub, double sink and double shower head. As you ascend upstairs you will find a relaxing area to read, reflect or plan your day. There is a full bathroom and 1/2 bathroom on this level. This is where you will find the other 3 bedrooms. One bedroom has a king size bed with a wall of windows with shades. One bedroom has an adjustable queen size bed with a blackout shade. The last bedroom has a queen size bed and an attached room with a Smart TV. The lower level has a full bath and provides family fun with a family room, game room, 2 - Smart TV's, wet bar, small undercounter refrigerator and pool table.

There are so many fun things to do in and around the Territories:
We provide 10 proximity cards needed to utilize the Owners Club to enjoy the indoor and outdoor pool, basketball courts, tennis courts, game room, video arcade and fitness center. Additional cards can be purchased for $5/day.

For the nature seeker, the territory provides over 25 miles of trails. Most are natural and rugged. The Shenandoah Riding Center is an equine facility providing activities and trail rides. Lake Galena & Marina is a man-made lake for the fisherman and boaters. Boat and Kayak rental available. In this area you can also enjoy Thunder Bay Falls which is a 40 ft waterfall created by the spillway. For the adventurous, experience zip lining at Long Hollow Canopy Tour. Enjoy the champion golf course. After all the activities, rejuvinate yourself with a visit to Stone Drift Spa. There are even a few restaurants within the territory to satisfy your appetite.

Head into the quaint town of Galena often referred to as "The town that time forgot" for shopping, trolley tours, Grants home, wine and beer tasting, chocolate and candy stores, just too many things to list. Chestnut Mountain & Resort provides skiing and snowboarding. In the summer you can experience various events and activities.
