Appartamento Mar Divino is a modern holiday home in Gallipoli, accommodating up to 6 guests. The flat is on the second floor of an elegant apartment complex with elevator and in a central position. Everything is at your fingertips.
The apartment is euipped with accessories such as air conditioning,
iron and ironing board, electric oven, library, coffee machine,
microwave oven, satellite dish and tv, Internet, hair-dryer and heating system.

apartment, which was renovated recently, is modern, cozy and well
finished. It has large and bright rooms, furnished with high-quality
elements.
It opens into a spacious living room with dining area and sitting area with tv. Next to it, a well-equipped kitchen with access to the balcony with outdoor dining area.
The sleeping area consists of air-conditioned rooms with access to the balcony. There are 2 double bedrooms, one of which with ensuite bathroom and 1 twin bedroom. Moreover, there is another full bathroom.

holiday home is in a prestigious apartment building in the centre of
Gallipoli. The privileged position allows you to have everything at your
fingertips. Everything is within walking distance, from the old town
centre to the seafront promenade.
The beaches of Rivabella are 3
kilometers away. The seafront promenade is less than 400 meters away.
The closest beach of the area of Baia Verde is 2 kilometers away.
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- One bathroom is without shower.
