Features and amenities
• Cozy private apartment styled suite with cable tv & window unit AC.
• All guest must be 25YO or older and or accustomed by their Parant
• 2 Adults & 2 Children/Infants Max
Parking
• Street parking only w/ provided street parking pass for one car. If you will be traveling in something more untraditional, such as a golf cart or motorcycle, then please contact the city marshal’s office to inquire about parking requirements in residential-only restricted areas for such vehicles.
• There is a $500 replacement cost for all lost & stolen parking passes
Things to know
• Same day new reservations may require a min 8 hour lead time
• We do not provide wash cloths, soaps or shampoos. One trash liner bring extra trash bags if you’ll need them. Hours of operation of attractions vary. Please check weather and times of operation of amusement parks before arrival. Please notify in advance if you have two adults and need sleeper sofa since it is intended for children only.
If you’ll be needing linen service for sleeper sofa please make sure you request a min of 24hours in advance and pay any additional linen fees required

• Sofa bed for small kiddos
(Linen fee for pullout sofa $25)
• 24 hour notice required
• Host is only permitted to correspond with the actual guest that makes the reservation
• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM
House rules
• Quiet hours-10 pm-10 am
• No parties or events
• No commercial photography
• No smoking
• Please be respectful of other tenants and courteous. No Smoking, No pets, One parking pass per unit, Sleeps 3, (2) adults max. Must be 25YO or older to book. All guest must be 25YO or accompanied by parent. Absolutely no house parties allowed. No unauthorized guest at anytime. No more guest in room than room sleeps at anytime. Respect other guest. Violation of any of these house rules will result in removal from the property without refund. Thank you in advance for following all house rules.
