The property is nicely decorated and spacious. The staff was super helpful, before and up to arriving. We had no issues with the apartment during our stay. Very family friendly. We had our two 15 year old granddaughters with us and they loved the queen size bunk bed. It’s always nice to have a full sized kitchen, dining and living room. The only reasons I didn’t give it 5 stars are;
1. The main bedroom and bath are the smaller of the 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. I would have swapped them.
2. The main bedroom and bathroom felt a little dingy. The bathroom felt like it needed to be cleaned a bit more thoroughly. It has a huge lamp taking up a lot of the counter space and it was dusty.
3. The location is difficult at best. It is on Ferry Rd, about a quarter of a mile away from the Ferry loading point. The traffic, on the weekend, was backed up all the way back to, and onto, the Seawall Blvd. When leaving the property to go anywhere, you must turn into the right lane, that has signs posted for Ferry traffic to stay in the left lane, and get behind all of the Ferry goers who are not obeying the signs and creep along behind them till someone let’s them over so you can continue down to the turn around for local traffic and then, drive all the way back past the property in order to go anywhere. I think it is only fair that some warning should be given on the property information page. Even our 15 year old granddaughters said, we enjoyed the property but hated the location.
