Not very clean

Wasn’t the worst but wasn’t the best . The first hotel I’ve ever stayed at that just had a fitted sheet no mattress protector, stains on the walls , dirty floors , dirty bathrooms .

The lobby bathroom had a plumbing problem for 2 days. The room was only adequate clean. Elevator at opposite end of building. However, the breakfast lady was extremely nice & organized. Her area was very clean!!! How a dispute with Expedia on charges.

We went to breakfast and there were NO CUPS—-asked to use bar glasses but they were locked?? Suddenly after I went upstairs to get cups from my room CUPS APPEARED. Not the kind of cups you can buy at a store. Another lady who looked more like the worker asked and BOOM ! Magic cups!

Honestly, I didn’t like anything to do with this hotel, staff members are rude in front, hotel rooms are kept dirty, they don’t bring any new bedsheets or towels, or clean the room during day plus toilet could barely flush or work and water pressure was low , plus they are slow to cleaning messes and more.

Desk staff wasn’t always on site. I had to wait long periods of time to simply check in, have more towels, buy water, etc. My bathroom wasn’t very clean and my AC did not work properly. I would not stay here unless I had to.
