Hurricane Harvey ei vahingoittanut tätä Resort-ominaisuutta ja Pointe West Beach Clubia. Beach Villa on moderni ja mukava huoneisto, joka sijaitsee vieressä Beach Club ja tärkein dyyni kävelymatkan Pointe West Resort. Parvekkeelta on kaunis näkymä rannalle ja Meksikonlahdelle. Condo sijainti, sydämessä Pointe West Resort, mahdollistaa lähin ja kätevän pääsyn Beach Club, uima-allas ja ranta. Ranta on upea, laaja, säännöllisesti hoidettu ja suljettu ajoneuvoliikenteelle - joten se on täydellinen paikka nauttia surffailla tai rakentaa hiekkadonnaa perheesi kanssa. Beach Club on kohokohta, ja siinä on infinity-allas, josta on näkymät rannalle ja Meksikonlahdelle. Uima-altaan lisäksi klubissa on lämmitetty poreallas, lasten kahluuallas, kuntokeskus, pelihuone ja piknik-alue kaasugrillillä. Ravintola, baari ja lahjatavarakauppa ovat auki kausiluonteisesti maaliskuussa. On yli 3 päähän rannasta ja 6 mailia pyöräteitä kylpylässä. Palokunta, joka on täydellinen leirin tulipalon rakentamiseen ja paahtamisen vaahtokarkkeja, sijaitsee lähellä condo. Omistajat hallinnoivat henkilökohtaisesti Beach Villaa ja ovat erittäin sitoutuneita jokaisen asiakkaan kokemukseen. Huoneisto sijaitsee ylläpidossa.

Lomakeskuksen lahden puolella sijaitseva Sunset-allas sisältää laiska-joen, jota ympäröivät valaistu palmut. Allas ja poreallas tarjoavat rentouttavan tunnelman, josta on näkymät lahdelle auringonlaskuun. Siellä on myös lanai, jossa on grilli. Tuo kiikarit katsella kauniita lintuja ja villieläimiä

Relaxing Memorial Day Weekend!

Booked this 3 night stay for my two college-age kids, husband, and myself. Condo was very, very clean and had everything we needed for our comfort. Washer/dryer was great to have so we could wash our beach towels nightly. Beds comfy. Only complaint was couch slumped in pretty bad, so hard to sit on it. Easy to get to the beach club, although thinking it should be included in cost of condo. Wristbands very goid idea!! We would stay again, thanks!!!

Great Location and Spacious Condo

We are 2 older woman who enjoy easy, clean, safe, quiet beachfront locations. This was the perfect place! The property has lots of walking paths. The pool and grounds are spotless. The condo is well appointed with a large balcony and nice clean patio furniture. We would stay in Pointe West again!

Great Spring Break

We stayed in April and there was not a lot of people there at that time. The location and unit were great. The unit was clean and well stocke. The host communicated very well and answered questions quickly.The only complaint which had nothing to do with the rental would be that the elevator was broken by both pools and lots of steps. The elevator in the unit building did work.My husband has a knee condition and that was inconvenient.

End of October trip!

Great place! We were looking for a location outside of Galveston and we found it. Great communication with the host and location. Comfortable and clean with everything you need from kitchen to beach stuff! Ocean was still warm enough for us to swim and enjoy the beach. Will be back!

Relaxing anniversary get away

Great Condo

Nothing wrong with the Condo itself. Only thing I did not like is there is a 7 page lease agreement you must sign or you can't stay at the condo and you can't get your money back either. You have to meet up the the property manager to check in and show her your driver licence also.

What a beautiful view of the ocean from this condo! As usual PW was delightful. The condo was very well stocked with great communication from the owners! They go above and beyond. Easy access to the beach or the beach club. Beds were so comfy, too!

The condo was large and spacious. It had almost everything we needed. Beautiful beach view. The on-site pool was huge and not overly crowded. The downside was the distance to the grocery store so make sure you have everything you need!

Enjoyed our stay tremendously! One week after a hurricane and everything was back in tip top shape! Wonderful stay!

My family and I had a wonderful stay! Fueled our souls! The condo is right next to the beach club, which was so nice, especially with a younger child. The walk to the boardwalk to get to the beach was easy, and we greatly appreciated access to Joan and Alan's wagon, chairs and beach toys! Made getting to the beach and packing up the car for the trip down to Galveston that much easier. Beds were super comfortable, the condo also comfortably furnished. The kitchen had all the necessary pots, pans, coffee maker and grinder, and even some pyrex storage containers! That was a helpful surprise. Joan was very communicative and helped us figure out whether getting down there right after Beryl was possible or not and what to expect. What a great getaway! We are so appreciative! We will be back!

We absolutely LOVED our time at this property. The unit itself is so comfortable and clean, with plenty of room and everything you need. The outdoor balcony was wonderful for meals with a view of the sea and the elevator was a huge help for luggage/groceries/beach & pool supplies. The property is fabulous - an infinity pool with a view of the beach, drinks poolside with waiter service, a great restaurant, and a quick walk to the beach. The hosts and property manager are so kind and relaxed, as well as everyone else who worked at the property. We hope to return soon!

The “B” family

We had a wonderful stay. It’s a beautiful resort with the best of both worlds, the ocean is a quick walk over the boardwalk or you have great access to the pool. The restaurant is open as well as the bar. The condo was perfect for our family of 4. The kitchen has everything you need and you have access to the charcoal grill if needed. The patio gives you a beautiful view of the ocean and a quiet place to read. Joan very kindly allowed us access to the beach chairs and shade cover. We had great communication prior to and throughout our trip. She was a wonderful host; it was nice to have a person to contact rather than a generic company. The check in was easy and we felt very safe leaving our teenage girls in the condo while we went to the beach. There are 2 separate pools. One large pool in the main building and a smaller pool with a lazy river across the road and to the west on the bayside. This smaller pool has a beautiful view of the sunset. No outside food or drink at the big pool because they have a bar and restaurant. Take a cooler with food and drinks to the smaller pool since there are no services. I highly recommend this condo for its quiet location, close proximity to the ocean and main building, as well as great communication with the host. It was a soft place to land after a busy touristy day in town.
