Hotel elevator was broken and we had to walk up to 3rd floor caring luggage. The room was smelly like too much moisture. The Bed was little soft. The Room was clean. Bath tub down-sprout needs to fix to adjust water direction. It stuck in shower direction only.

The minute we walked in all we could smell was weed. when the desk clerk finally walked up, he was high as a kite. after we finally got to our room, we didn't even want to put our bags down.Because they were roaches everywhere, and did not want them to get in our stuff. and burn marks in both blankets on both beds.Some even as big as a baseball. i'm still not sure to this day How this place is even allowed to operate

Wasn’t the cleanest place, but ok for one night. Elevator wasn’t working. Needed cleaning in the stairwell. Overall just fair. And woke up to very loud music outside in the parking lot.

Breakfast options terrible. Waffles, yogurt, toast or cold cereal. Elevator was broken. Hotel is in desperate need of new paint, carpets, drapes etc. Walls are chipped, shower is stained. All 3 rooms we have smell. Uncomfortable pillows. Honestly wouldn’t stay here again

The elevator was out of order. The room had an unclean odor. The bathrooms and bedding need some updating. However, the staff were very nice and helpful when needed and the breakfast was good. Check in was easy. An overnight stay is ok.

I believe this is my 4th stay here , im familiar with this place. Its clean and quite, something this old man appreciates. The only complaint today is the elevator is not working. I had car trouble today and did not get here in time to get on the first floor. Had to take the stairs. Im 72 and it was a little ruff climbing them. I really like this hotel. I cruise alot out of Galveston and its pretty handy for me.

Bad!

We checked in here August 30th and quickly checked back out and asked for a refund. We got two rooms. One was downstairs and one was upstairs. Luckily the one for my brother in a wheelchair was available for downstairs because the elevator was broke. When we got into our rooms it instantly smelled musty and like mold. Then checking the beds the covers were stained and we had some green bug crawling on the bed. Leaving the room I instantly felt like I could breathe better. I’m not one to review places but I had to this time!

The room was clean and fine. Good location for our cruise the next morning. Near Starbucks for coffee and Walmart for last minute items. But the AC unit put out a horrible moldy smell. Kept my head under the covers all night to be able to sleep. Otherwise it was clean and nice. Just a smell that was not great. Glad we only stayed one night.

Labor Day weekend trip
