● Beach access: 5 minute drive from multiple west end beach access points.

● Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet policy: Pets are not allowed.

● Large Groups: We love hosting church groups and large family gatherings, however groups over the size of 16 guests must be approved prior to booking.

● Parking: There is parking for up to 7 cars.

Egrets Nest boasts five beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with its own private en suite bathroom, ensuring privacy and convenience for everyone in your group. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, ideal for restful nights. The second bedroom has a king-size bed. The third bedroom has a king-size bed and a full-over-full bunk bed. The fourth bedroom caters to larger groups with a queen bed and full-over-full bunk bed, while the fifth bedroom includes two custom-built twin bunk beds, perfect for kids or additional guests.

The home’s expansive deck is a highlight, providing more space to soak in the scenic beauty of the surrounding nature. Whether you’re enjoying a morning coffee while watching the sunrise over the bay or relaxing in the evening with the peaceful sounds of the water, the outdoor space at Egrets Nest is designed to enhance your experience.

Despite its peaceful setting, Egrets Nest is conveniently located close to the vibrant attractions of Galveston Island. From sandy beaches and lively restaurants to unique shops and entertainment options, everything you need for a memorable vacation is just a short drive away. ● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

House rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 16 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- No jumping or diving into the water. Children must be supervised at all times.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
