Perfect beach house for our family trip with our kids and grandchildren. The house is beautiful and had everything we could possibly need. The location is great because it is far enough away from the crowded beaches yet close enough to get to all the sights. Our kids loved walking to the beach and also spending time at the neighborhood pool. The host was great to communicate with us and make sure we had everything we needed for a great vacation. Highly recommend and would love to come back in the future!

We enjoyed our stay at Sea of Grace. The house was big enough to accommodate everyone. We had an issue with the oven, but the owner was very prompt in replying and had a service repair person out that same day to replace the heating element. Overall, everyone was able to have fun and relax.

Lovely house with great views and plenty of room. Large kitchen made meal prep easy with lots of counter and table places for the kids to eat at. Large living room made it easy to have a couple movie nights and the house is conveniently located to the beach walkover. Plenty of showers made it easy to get clean. Fans in the two lower rooms are not big enough to ventilate the whole room and the bunk bed area gets stuffy. The elevator never worked unfortunately. Loved the balconies and the upper floor look out.

We’ve stayed at this house before and come back for a reason! It is such a lovely home. You can tell the owners have taken so much pride in making it feel like a home away from home. The owner and house manager went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Hoping we can stay here again next summer!

We’ve been coming to Pointe West with our family for ten years to celebrate Easter. State of Grace is hands down our favorite home! Gorgeous decor, very comfortable for our grown children and three grandchildren. Bedrooms and en suite bathrooms were all perfect for our growing family. Will definitely return.

Quick Labor Day Getaway with Family & Friends

The house was spacious and beautiful, comfortably accommodating a large group of kids and adults. Its prime location offered a stunning beach view, and we didn’t leave the house or beach all weekend, as everyone had a fantastic time. The large kitchen easily served our group of 20, making meals effortless. The rooms were very comfortable, with private bathrooms for each family, and there were plenty of lounge spaces for us to enjoy each other’s company while also having areas for privacy when needed.

Concerned after Hurricane Beryl but everything was fine. Flooring and sheet rock repaired… couldn’t tell anything had been damaged. Internet was out for a day but that was out of Melissa’s control. This was our 3rd year to stay and always have a wonderful time. Thanks Melissa

Family Celebration

State of Grace is a beautiful and comfortable house and we loved it! We had 7 adults and 4 children and never felt crowded. The beds were great as was all of the beautiful furniture. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, glasses and several serving pieces as well as pots and pans. We fogged around the house when we arrived due to the mosquitos (they were bad) and that helped a lot. You need to bring your own beach toys and chairs as they are not provided by the owner. The swimming pools were great and the crossover was nearby. We will definitely stay here again!

This is our 2nd time staying here a week each year. Both stays have been incredibly relaxing as the house is in perfect condition and is great for a large family. We’ve been super happy with the design and quality of the home along with the ample parking. I’d highly recommend Sea of Grace and my family will return next year!!
