Casa Del Mar is directly across the Seawall from the beach, and boasts an amazing view! The complex has 2 beautiful pools, one of them is heated.

Across the street from the beach, this condo has a beautiful sun soaked balcony, gorgeous kitchen, and sparkling pools. A beautiful futon sofa and a flat screen TV make the living area inviting, along with a dining area and full kitchen to cook up a fresh gulf catch!

Outside you can enjoy the beach or one of the community pools complete with loungers and grill area. Soak up some sun at the beach or pool, or head out and do some fishing, family activities and a wide choice of excellent restaurants! We are sure this beautiful setting will ensure some serious relaxation time!

OUR LOCATION: This is the perfect spot for your whole family. We are close to Schlitterbaun Waterpark, Moody Gardens, a movie theater, and the beach along with many other Galveston attractions. We are a short drive from The Pleasure Pier and historic downtown Galveston, and we are confident you ll fall in love with all that Galveston Island has to offer! Just bring your Beach gear and head down today!

With only a walk outside to the beach, and less than 2 minutes to a local shopping center and groceries, this is a great location for a wonderful vacation here in Galveston.

Walking along the Seawall and ending up at Galveston Fishing Pier, a short walk away is an excellent place to throw out some lines, and catch some really amazing fish, maybe even for dinner!

If you re looking to go out to eat, Galveston has many delicious restaurants to choose from. Jimmy s on the Pier or The Spot, are both great casual restaurants with a unique Galveston flair. If you are looking for something more formal or fresh gulf seafood, we suggest the world famous Gaidos opened in 1911.

Guests must register and pay a $40 Parking Registration fee any day visitor(s)
and/or overnight guest(s). One vehicle for the entire stay.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please reach out 1–2 days prior to check-in to inquire about pricing and availability.

Please note: Upon booking, guests are required to complete a rental agreement, which will be sent via a secure link. Check-in instructions will only be provided after the agreement is completed.

Home Rules
Quiet hours 9 pm-9 am.
Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.
We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. We do not provide salt, pepper, oils, and spices. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!

Please note our policy for items left behind:
We are happy to help return items left behind; however, due to logistics and the time required for our team to retrieve and drop off packages, a $25 handling fee plus the cost of shipping will be applied to any items sent back.
We'd much rather you have your belongings with you! Thank you for doing a final "sweep" of the home before you depart.

Important Note: We want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest, Please be aware amenities may break or not work during your stay and we ll do our best to accommodate you. . You have to let us know at the time of notice so we can do our best to remedy the situation.
