Welcome to Ozark Aframe! When you walk into our A-frame home, you'll discover an open-concept living room and kitchen that creates the ideal setting for memorable gatherings. Unwind in the living room, equipped with a Smart TV, cozy seating, natural light, and board games!



Step outside to enjoy nature! The deck features a gas grill for outdoor cooking, seating, and a fire pit!



At the end of the day rest your head in our 2 bedrooms.

(1) Downstairs bedroom - complete with a Queen-size bed, closet, dresser, Smart TV, and nearby shared bathroom.

(2) Upstairs loft bedroom - complete with a Queen-size bed, closet, and the nearby shared bathroom downstairs.

Guest Access & Amenities:

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.



The Neighborhood:

If you're looking to explore Beaver Lake, head just 2.8 miles to the beautiful Lost Bridge Marina. Please note that the recreation center, swimming pool, tennis courts, and library are not amenities of this property. These facilities are independently owned and operated by Lost Bridge Village/Marina. Any access, fees, hours, eligibility, or entry requirements (including gate or key codes) are determined solely by Lost Bridge Village/Marina and may change without notice. Cohova Properties cannot provide access credentials or guarantee guest access to these facilities. We recommend contacting Lost Bridge Village/Marina directly before booking or during your stay to confirm current availability and access requirements.

Walkable neighborhood! Rideshare services available. Car recommended.



Other Things to Note:

★ Guests at Beaver Lake properties are not allowed dock access. This restriction is enforced by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, which prohibits private docks from being used for commercial purposes, including short‑term rentals. However, parking space provided for boat up top on Lakeview Drive (property can be accessed by either Dogwood or Lakeview).

★ County‑wide burn bans may be in effect during your stay, which could limit use of the fire pit. For more details on burn bans, visit the Arkansas Department of Agriculture - Forestry Division website.



House Rules that are strictly enforced:

- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.

- Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000.

- This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.

- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.

- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.

- Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‑in, and late check‑out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies.

- There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
