We are located in the beautiful, highly sought-after community of Chalet Village. Chalet Village offers three clubhouses with seasonal pools and additional amenities such as pickleball/ tennis courts (year round), game rooms, and so much more.

Welcome to the new Chalet Edelweiss. When we acquired this property, it was in a state reminiscent of the 1970s—abandoned, neglected, and in dire need of care. While others may have seen a building that warranted demolition, we recognized its inherent beauty and were determined to restore it to its former splendor through renovation. This home overlooks Ober Mountain with views of the Smoky Mountains, including Mt. Le Conte and Gatlinburg.

Upon entering through the front door, your attention will be immediately drawn to the view. You will arrive at the heart of the home. This is the main level which includes the great room (a combined dining and living room), a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom, and a bedroom.

Main Floor Highlights:
• Living Room: Features an electric fireplace and a 72” Vizio Smart TV.
• Dining Room: Accommodates seating for eight.
• Kitchen: Brand new appliances (Oven features: No preheat air crisp.) Fully equipped with Keurig, drip coffee maker, rice cooker, crock pot, stocky pit, hot air popcorn maker, stand up mixer, blender, toaster, kid friendly dishes and griddle, as well as a full-sized washer and dryer.
• Bathroom: Full bath with a tub.
• Bedroom: “Gone Skiing” – Contains a full-size bed, a queen bed, and a Smart TV.
• Wrap around deck: 7-person hot tub with blue-tooth speakers, lights and water features. Plenty of seating for sightseeing. Enjoy meals around our gas-firepit table (seats 6 comfortably). Corn hole, life size connect 4.

On the lower level, you will find two King ensuite bedrooms and another spacious deck. The deck has a bed swing, mood lighting, water fountain and additional seating for relaxing and gazing at the mountains. Between the rooms, there is a coffee bar equipped with a Keurig and a mini fridge.
