Fully equipped modern kitchen with full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and other kitchen appliances perfect for making breakfast, lunch or dinner throughout your stay! All pots, pans, glasses, plates, silverware, etc. are also there for you. There is a lovely wooden dining room table located right off the kitchen, along with additional seating at the breakfast bar.

“Lazy Dazy” is the perfect vacation spot to both relax and play! Enjoy a quiet night in the living room while the fireplace roars in the distance as you and your loved ones catch the big game or movie night on the TV. The kids will LOVE hanging out in the loft, with their very own TV and play area. Outside, kick back in a rocking chair and take in the wooded views while you sip your morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine. And you and the kiddos (and adults alike) will love relaxing in the bubbling hot tub while taking in that fresh Smoky Mountain air!

Bears are indigenous to the area and are often seen near or on our properties. Please do not leave food or trash outside.

Kitchen and Outdoor Cooking: The kitchen is stocked with dishes and cookware. We provide a standard coffee maker or a Keurig, so please bring along your preferred grounds or pods.

Regarding the Grill: While we often have a grill available for guest use, we cannot guarantee its availability or condition for every stay. If it is on-site, please note that propane/charcoal is the guest's responsibility. There may be some left over from previous guests, or you can pick some up at a local shop.
