Plenty of room in this 3 Bedroom 3 Bath Cabin with 2 Master Suites on the main level, a comfortable relaxing space with a cozy electric fireplace, a newly remodeled and well equipped Kitchen including a Keurig & Coffee Pot (bring your own coffee of K-Cups), and everything you could need for your stay. Both Bedrooms feature large Smart TV's including all your favorite apps (must log into your own apps).

The Back deck features a large 4 person Hot Tub, Seating and an amazing View of Greenbriar Pinnacle

Downstairs you'll discover another bedroom with a Queen Bunks, another Full Bathroom, wet bar and large entertainment area featuring a Pool Table, Foosball Table, Multicade Game and Large 65" TV. Plus a Sleeper Sofa and seating for everyone.

Throughout this cabin you'll find new Smart TV's in every bedroom and living area each connected to WiFi with Netflix and other apps (log into your own accounts) and fast reliable high speed wireless internet.

Large FLAT parking area to accommodate just about anything you want to drive and NO steps to climb to get to the front door!

By booking this property you and all persons hereby adhere to all articles of the Rental Agreement.

Should you bring more guests than reflected by your reservation you may be asked to leave the property without a refund and/or pay an additional $25 per night per person.

The hot tub is for guests 25 and over only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

As with all cabins in the area the fireplace is shut down April 1 - October 1.

We do not offer late check out or early check in. If by chance we can accommodate, there will be an additional charge.

Condiments, zip locks and coffee are NOT provided

Pets are NOT allowed. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged $175 and asked to leave.

Absolutely no fires other than in the Fireplace! Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $50 plus damages

We have no control over weather or the potential issues that can arise due to acts of god or nature. Refunds will not be available beyond normal cancelation policies due to issues outside our control. If this is a concern I recommend purchasing travel insurance just in case.

We loved this cabin!!!! We do a week in the Smokies every summer as a family, and this cabin was perfect! The view is incredible from the large and spacious back deck. The hot tub made the evenings out there just as enjoyable as the mornings. The huge walk-in shower in the 2nd bedroom also has a large window with the same view, which is AWESOME! The picturesque view from the shower was one of my absolute favorite perks of this cabin! We are a family of 5, so we had plenty of space. The double bunk beds downstairs were perfect—in fact, my teenage daughter voluntarily shared a room with her little brother because the bunk situation was fun for both of them! The master bedroom is on the back of the cabin which was wonderful—we’ve stayed in some A-frame cabins in the past which are cool for the views, but sometimes it can be hard to sleep with all the morning sunlight. The master bedroom was nice and dark and I slept GREAT! The cabin was clean and well stocked with dishes and linens and everything was neat&comfortable. The game room was fun and wonderful for family time.We did not need the sleeper sofas down there this trip, but it’s a HUGE perk that the game room is downstairs and more private for any guest who needs to sleep down there! The cabin is in a good location too—20-30 minutes from downtown G’burg, Pigeon Forge attractions, mountain hikes, groceries, gas etc. Access to the cabin is easy—a spectacular view without having to drive very far up the mountain.

Great Cabin

We loved the location as we wanted to be away from crowds but close enough to town when we wanted to venture in. The cabin feels secluded but is very easy to access and close to anything you would need. We loved the game room and hang out area downstairs. We would stay here again!

Gatlinburg weekend trip

Pinnacle view was a great location about 10-12 minutes outside of downtown Gatlinburg, with a nice of view of the mountains at the end of March! A grocery store was close by. The house was very clean, comfortable and equipped as described. I think the listing shows the bunkbed in the 3rd bedroom as a twin bunk, but it’s actually two double beds. The hot tub jets were not working when we got there but Derek responded quickly to our message/concern. It was around 8:00 pm when we realized the issue. I let him know we didn’t need it taken care of that night, although I got the feeling he would have done his best to accommodate us if we had asked for that and It was fixed the next day as agreed upon. We were disappointed to find the fire places were also not working. Derek responded quickly to this message too. He had maintenance check them the next day but unfortunately this was not as easily fixed and we were not able to use either fireplace during our 3 night stay. Re: Gatlinburg - We were there the week before Easter. It was VERY crowded, driving through town was very slow, parking was difficult and limited both in town and at visitor centers and trailheads in the park.

Nice place

The host is very nice and quick to respond. He seems like he truly cares about his guests and their stay. The cabin is nice and cozy. Pretty view. Plenty to do with the game room and hot tub. The only cons were there wasnt enough silverware (and we even brought our kids spoons and forks), and the lighting is most rooms (minus the kitchen) was so dim and it was hard to see. The place was decorated so cute for Christmas!

Pinnacle View

The cabin was ok. CONS: 1)The owner notified me of a flooring issue a day before we arrived. They tried to cover it up with a rug but the rug was not big enough. 2)Road noise….the cabin was one road up from the main road of the golf course, which this weekend, had a lot of traffic. 3) not really enough comfortable seating for our group of 6 to sit in the living room. 4) we didn’t watch much tv But Saturday was college football day and one of our group is scheduled for knee surgery soon so couldn’t walk much anyway. The tv in the living room was small plus not enough comfortable seating. The biggest tv was in the basement but steps were an issue for the surgery man. PROS: 1) not far from Gatlinburg but far enough to enjoy 2) bear family lives close so they visited often 3)two of the 3 bedrooms were upstairs. All in all we had a good time. The weather was perfect and the trip was good being with family we hadn’t seen is a while.

Amazing View

It was a very nice and clean cabin. The view was amazing. I loved not having to go up such a steep hill just to get to the cabin. The only thing I would suggest is that there be a TV in the living room. Not everyone wanted to go downstairs to watch tv. But we did love playing pool,the arcade game and of course the hot tub. The host Derek is awesome helped me out and answered my questions right away! Would totally book it again!

Beautiful views, and bear sightings everyday

The cabin was very nice, and clean. The views were gorgeous. We saw bears everyday. The host were very nice, and checked in on us. My kids loved it. The beds were comfortable. Once on the main road it’s a straight shot to downtown Gatlinburg. We would love to stay here again.

We had a great time at Pinnacle View. The location was far enough away from Gatlinburg traffic, but close enough to everything we wanted to do.
