While many guests choose to walk, please be aware that black bear sightings are common throughout the resort, particularly during the spring and summer months. For added convenience and peace of mind, we generally recommend driving to the pool. It is less than a one-minute drive, with ample parking available nearby.

Black bears are a natural part of the Smoky Mountain experience, and the cabin is located within Gatlinburg Falls Resort, where wildlife sightings can occur.
Guests may occasionally see bears:

* Passing through the resort
Bear sightings are especially common during the spring and summer months.
For your safety, our welcome guide includes bear safety tips and local wildlife guidelines. Please never approach, feed, or attempt to interact with wildlife.

We want you to have a relaxing stay while also being respectful of our neighbors.
Please keep noise at a considerate level throughout your stay and observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
The hot tub and balcony are wonderful places to enjoy the evening, but please be especially mindful of voices, music, and laughter after 10:00 PM, as sound can carry to nearby residences.

The cabin comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests.
Please ensure that the maximum occupancy limit is observed throughout your stay.
PET-FREE PROPERTY
This is a pet-free property to help us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests.
Pets are not permitted at the cabin, and we do not provide pet amenities or supplies.
