We supply the condo for your arrival with bed and bath linen, hand and bath soap, coffee, decaf, paper towels, bath tissue, dish soap and trash bags. We were in room 307. Upon arrival we inspected the room and found several things that were not mentioned. We lasted less than 24 hours and found a new place to stay the remainder of our trip.

The room was dirty, the sheets had not been changed. There was food on the floor in the bedroom. The tubs were dirty. Several of the lamps were missing their on/off knobs. There was a door propped up in the master bath to cover the water heater. We called the manager who advised they would send over some sheets which were eventually delivered. Due to the condition of the room we decided we did not want to stay there and were given a full refund.

Condo matches description. Dated. The location was FANTASTIC! The AC isn’t the best in the master bedroom. There are very few kitchen items and no coffee or dish soap (we left ours for the next people) Otherwise well worth it!

Winter Trip

Location was excellent, just outside the hustle and bustle of downtown. Whomever does the cleaning should find a new profession. Lightbulbs out, cable to the TV was torn out of TV, 4 remotes and not one would work for the living area TV. Wasn’t swept or mopped, couldn’t walk around without socks on. Obviously wasn’t cleaned before we arrived other than the beds were made. Dirty towels were left on the floor for us. Had to fix shower curtain in order to take a shower. The host was quick to respond to issues and helped but whomever was supposed to clean for her did NOT do their job. Dust, dirt and sticky mess was everywhere. Will not be back unless changes are made.
