Walk to Anakeesta, The Convention Center, The SKYBRIDGE, BLAKE SHELTON'S OLE RED, JASON ALDEANS, The Ripley's Aquarium, Ole' SMOKY MOONSHINE and many more attractions! Live music at many of these venues nightly! You can even see the space needle in the winter from your bedroom! 1 SPACIOUS BEDROOM plus pull out sofa in the living room comfortably accommodates 4 guests. Wifi Internet, Cable TV, Rolltop Desk work area for those who may need to do a little bit of work between attractions! Theres also room in the master bedroom for a pack and play baby bed for those traveling with little ones! Take a ride thru time just behind the property at the Roaring fork motor trail and see a few settlers cabins, creeks and waterfalls and even a bear or two! The room was very nice and perfect for our Anniversary trip. The place was clean and stocked with everything you need. It’s in a good location and is not too far from the strip. No real noise problem or anything to make you feel uncomfortable. I would recommend this condo to anyone!! Thanks you guys for letting us rent your condo!!

This is a great condo within walking distance of downtown Gatlinburg but far enough away from the noise and activity. The fireplace and bear decor makes it feel more like a cabin than a condo. Comfortable king sized bed and well stocked kitchen. Laundry facilities are available on the property.

Check in was easy. Didn't really use the kitchen facilities except the fridge and freezer for ice. Used a strainer as an ice bowl as no ice maker but it was fine. Very comfortable. Didn't use glasses or plates because we used or own paper products as not to be messy. Guests in other units can be loud at night especially on weekends but that was expected. We did see bears and a fox which was exciting. Of course we stayed our distance. A nice walk down the back stairs to the Parkway but coming back was a trek going uphill. Downloaded the Trolley App and utilized that instead. That was great. Most of our meals were out at restaurants downtown. Visited Dollywood 2 days. Didn't use the pool this time because there's just so much to do and unfortunately, it rained most evenings for awhile but then cleared up. Can't predict Mother Nature. Very nice visit. We have only visited during Summer but thinking of perhaps a fall or Christmas visit next. Thank you both for your hospitality.

This was our first empty nester trip. Nice little condo that is close to downtown Gatlinburg. We opted to drive rather than walk anywhere so we would not have to lug our shopping around. Bed was comfortable. Large fridge for snacks and drinks. Good water pressure in shower and shower head is on a hose. Nice and cool air conditioning! Clay was great to communicate with and gave a lot of information.

Great place

We had a great stay, the condo was clean and had plenty of room for me and my husband. Shower and bathroom was nice. It was right near everything. The walk back was up a steep hill so little tiring walking to and from but other than that a great place for visiting gatlinburg.

Cozy condo

We had an amazing time at the Holly Bear condo! The space was cozy, comfortable, and conveniently close to downtown. Clay, the host, was incredibly attentive and promptly brought us sheets for the sofa bed when needed. As a family of four, we found the space just right. Watching the fireworks and the ball drop from our room was an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this place and hope to return in the future!

Excellent Getaway

We really enjoyed our weekend stay in Gatlinburg at Clay and Glenda’s Condo. So cozy! Already had the Christmas tree up before Thanksgiving and they made it even better! They were very easily accessible if we needed anything and everything was perfect! Thank y’all very much! ❤️❤️

Gatlinburg trip

The condo was clean and had everything that you need for a vacation. The owners were very helpful and always got back to us when we had a question. The condo is within walking distance from downtown, but it's about 15 minutes or so and you have to remember to go around to the back of the complex to start your walk. All in all, a very good experience.
