The Space:

It is comfortably furnished. The layout of the apartment makes everything in its place. Comfortable double bed, TV with SMART function and a sofa bed opposite. In this well-planned space, there is a place for a table with four chairs, which will easily provide comfort during the morning breakfast and any other breakfast. Preparation of a meal is possible thanks to a fully equipped kitchenette, where we will find everything needed for a few days' stay. An additional space is a large balcony, from which you can see the famous cranes of the Gdańsk Shipyard and the Motława River.



Guest Access:

A huge advantage of the apartment building, apart from its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area - consisting of a children's playroom, a gym and an additional paid sauna.



The building is also equipped with an underground garage, which allows the entry of cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage hall also allows entry for cars equipped with an LPG installation. The number of parking spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately independent.

The cost of renting a place in the hall is PLN 5 / hour, PLN 40 / day

The Neighborhood:

The Nadmotłwie 138 apartment is located on the 5th floor of a modern apartment building commissioned in December 2020. It is located next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is only a few minutes' walk away from the Old Town. Although the area of the apartment is just beginning its revitalization period, on the way to the Old Town, we will still be accompanied by the view of the river, yacht marina or tenement houses of the Old Town.



Getting Around:

Our guests can count on the services of a private driver who, providing a comfortable ride, can deliver them from the airport or train station directly to the apartment. The proximity of the main attractions means that the use of public transport is not necessary. If necessary, however, it is possible. A tram stop is located a few hundred meters from the apartment. However, the bus is much closer. In many cases, however, a better solution is to use the Rapid Urban Railway.
