Note: While we love our outdoor space, please be aware the yard is not fully fenced, so children should be supervised while outside.

You’ll have the entire single-level home and private patio to yourself. We use a secure digital lock for keyless entry, so you can head straight to the property at check-in. Your unique access code and arrival instructions will be provided through the booking platform and email.

We prioritize your privacy with a contactless check-in. We are readily available and happy to assist with any questions or needs you may have during your stay.

Security: For peace of mind, exterior security cameras monitor the entry points (no cameras inside).
Parking: Free street parking is available nearby. While metered zones apply during weekday business hours, there is a limited supply of all-day parking directly across the road on York St and the surrounding area.

We ask that every guest read and understand our booking terms summarised below. Breach of these terms may lead to the cancellation of your booking before or during your stay.
1) Prohibited Activity
Parties & Gatherings: Parties that cause disturbance to neighbours are strictly prohibited during your stay. Events, functions, or visitors can be permitted upon prior request on your initial booking. All our homes have noise monitoring devices installed; these devices do not record conversations and only monitor the decibel (dB) level in the room.
Smoke-Free Property: Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly and not thrown on property grounds. Failure to do so will result in extra cleaning fees.
2) Departure
We ask that you leave the property reasonably tidy and secure on departure. Please ensure the following before you leave:
Dishes are washed, or the dishwasher is stacked and turned on.
All rubbish is placed in the designated bins.
All personal belongings are removed from the property.
Windows and doors are securely locked.
Heating/cooling and all lights are turned off.
Please note that we will charge additional cleaning fees should you choose to leave the property in an unclean or untidy manner.
3) Damages, Missing Items or Unexpected Cleaning
Reporting: All breakages and damages must be reported to Mibnb. Failure to report them will likely result in an extra charge applicable to the cost of the damaged items.
Property Contents: No contents are to be removed from the property. Charges apply if any item or items are taken and not returned.
Linen & Furnishings: Damaged, torn, or stained linen, sheets, towels, doonas, quilts, pillows, and couches will be charged at the applicable replacement cost.
Cleaning Rates: If extra cleaning is required, this is charged at a per-hour rate, with public holiday and weekend surcharges applicable.
Transparency: If there are any charges applicable after your stay, we will communicate these directly with you, including providing photographic evidence for your reference.
4) Pets
Pets are NOT permitted at this property.
5) Complaints & Resolution
If there are any issues upon arrival, please contact us via the booking channel for immediate assistance.
We will require photos should you wish to claim reimbursement for any issues reported.
We will do our best to rectify any issues promptly to ensure an enjoyable stay. A high-level guest experience is of the highest priority for our entire team.
