Beautiful place. This cozy and charming guest house had everything we needed for an extended weekend stay. Our hostess truly thought of everything, her space is warm, inviting, comfortable and stocked with some sweet treats for both us, and our Labrador Wally. It’s so close to downtown Geneva, and situated in a quiet neighborhood. We loved the proximity to a beautiful park and enjoyed spending time on the deck relaxing in the evenings. Courtney was an amazing host, warm, welcoming and we loved meeting her well behaved rescue dogs, while chatting with her. We highly recommend this home if you’re headed to the area, or even if you just need a quick weekend escape.

Our family of four was grateful to find this lovely, convenient, and pet-friendly property when prior (and non-refundable.) hotel arrangements did not meet our needs. Courtney was helpful from the beginning and the property was ultimately just as described. Decor and furnishings were tastefully curated, calming, and quite comfortable. The location was convenient to commitments in Geneva and Batavia, and relatively so to Naperville. It’s helpful to note that the “oven” is actually a multi-function air frier. We weren’t able to find the iron and board when needed, but managed well enough. The shower is among the smallest I’ve encountered, but certainly served its purpose beautifully. We loved the games and available recycling. Highly recommend! Thank you, Courtney!

Home away from home

We loved everything about this place but first and foremost was the service of the hosts. On top of everything and so quickly there for every question or need. The place is charming and the beds are so comfortable. Any time we are in the area we would stay here again for sure. Plus the hosts made our dog feel so welcome and she loved the outdoor space!!

Holiday Excursion

Came to town for the holidays to see family and this is where I grew up. This location was perfect!! Courtney and Jeff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and make sure you know exactly what this amazing area has to offer. The space is cozy and private despite being right next to them. Beautiful Geneva Guesthouse

This property is a lovely space in the heart of beautiful Geneva, IL. The property owners were very gracious and inviting during our stay. The guesthouse is full of amenities and the owners have been so thoughtful in providing the little touches that make your time away extremely comfortable. Like Something Out Of A Movie

I wish I could give this property a 10000/10!! The guesthouse itself is absolutely perfect! So so clean, which is the most important thing to me. The space is so well decorated and in its own little section of peace and tranquility. Everything in the guesthouse smells AMAZING….I had to ask for a list of products it smelled so good! The backyard is a perfect space to relax and give our little pup some space to run around. The neighborhood itself, as well as their downtown is like something out of a hallmark movie! Everything is in walking distance, with so many cute shops and restaurants, and the cutest homes! The property is next to a park which is so fun and convenient! Courtney had great communication and went above and beyond to welcome our family! I would recommend this property to anyone and look forward to coming back and staying again.

Beyond perfect!

Courtney has set the bar to a whole new level for VRBO! Her thoughtfulness was everywhere - area recommendations, equipped kitchen, and spotless accommodations.
