Sunrise Splendor is a spacious, 5 bedroom 3 ½ bath lake house that has all of the fine qualities of a desirable lakeside vacation home. Built at the water's edge, on a quiet cottage road on the Seneca Wine Trail, this property is close to wineries, shops and centrally located in the heart of the Finger Lakes at the north end of Seneca Lake.

The main entry off the driveway leads into an open foyer. Directly ahead is an oversized eat-in kitchen, with a vaulted ceiling that leads to a lakeside deck spanning the entire front of the home. To the left of the kitchen is a large great room, offering fabulous lake views and equipped with a gas fireplace and 60” flat screen television. With an amazing view of Seneca Lake, the entire first level features a fabulous combination of connecting spaces for gathering with friends and family! A master suite with king size bed, full bathroom, and direct walk out to the deck are situated on the south end of the house. An additional half bath is located in the hall, and a queen bedroom sits on the road side of the great room.

The lower level features 3 additional bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a second spacious living area with a built-in dry bar – the perfect spot for entertaining your guests after a long day of wine tasting! Two of the bedrooms are east facing, and therefore enjoy a stunning view of the water and easy access to the patio and lakefront!

For those that love lake living, this property has an oversized permanent dock. Swimming at Sunrise Splendor is excellent, and there is a portion of the beach near the water reserved for a small campfire.

If your pleasure is seeing the sights, Sunrise Splendor is conveniently located just a 20 minute drive West to Canandaigua, a 20 minute drive East to Seneca Falls, and 30 minutes to famous Watkins Glen to the South. Rochester and Syracuse are both approximately a one hour drive. Equipped with all the comforts of home, Sunrise Splendor is the perfect selection for your next Finger Lakes Vacation. This property is reasonably priced, the cottage road is great for a peaceful nightly walk, and there is ample space to bring the entire family!

Behind Sunrise Splendor and across Glass Factory Bay Road is a single rail line that is used daily but generally has minimal impact on guests that stay at this home.

Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests.

3. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.

5. Docking capabilities may vary based on current water levels. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
6. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
