This 17th-century building, with its tufa stone walls, slate roof and three atypical turrets, will plunge you into the world of the châteaux of the Loire, with an uninterrupted view of the river.
Once through the front door, you'll be surprised to discover a hanging garden, a swimming pool embedded in the troglodytes, and a roof terrace ideal for aperitifs in the sunshine.
Ideally situated between Tours and Nantes, it takes just 15 minutes to reach the town of Saumur, famous for its cavalry and its château.
The Loire by bike route passes right by the door, allowing you to discover the rolling countryside of the Loire in a whole new way, and to stop off at the local winegrowers and producers.
Completely renovated between 2019 and 2021, this house has been designed with eco-responsibility in mind, with particular attention paid to the choice of materials.
Spread over three floors, the 5 spacious bedrooms each have a large bathroom with walk-in shower. On the middle floor, you'll find a large living room that can comfortably accommodate 10 to 15 people.
The house is secure, as is the swimming pool, so you can enjoy your stay in complete peace of mind.
To complete your stay, garden furniture and games and a Weber gas barbecue are available.
